Sun Wallpaper was an American Company operating throughout the country from the early part of the 20th century to around 1940. It offered a wide variety of wallpaper for its many customers as well as being a major distributor of Glidden brand paints. In almost any hardware of paint store of the time one could almost always find the boldly graphic tin Sun Wallpaper signs, hanging prominently, their bright green and yellow color schemes making them hard to ignore.

This large example is hand painted over tin and signed by the painter in the lower right hand side: L.H. Wine.
